The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical expertise in Fieldglass Integration (SAP & Non-SAP) and a strong background in Order Management (Tech) and Hi-Tech domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive success in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the integration of Fieldglass with both SAP and Non-SAP systems to ensure seamless operations.
* Oversee the end-to-end process of Order Management within the Hi-Tech domain.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on Fieldglass integration best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
* Ensure the timely and accurate implementation of integration projects.
* Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues providing prompt resolutions.
* Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and procedures.
* Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Train and mentor team members on Fieldglass integration techniques and methodologies.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
* Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing integration processes.
* Ensure data integrity and security throughout the integration lifecycle.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration strategies and practices.
Qualifications
* Possess strong technical expertise in Fieldglass Integration (SAP & Non-SAP).

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
