Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Business Analyst with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications.
Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 - $138,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and document current state assessments for web and mobile platforms.
- Create detailed current state journey maps to illustrate customer interactions and experiences.
- Analyze current customer data to derive insights and advise experience improvements.
- Understand business processes, identify needs, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Review business performance and find opportunities across digital channels, including websites and apps.
- Collect and document requirements from collaborators to ensure the final product meets user needs.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform development decisions.
- Create detailed user stories and functional specifications for developers and testers.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical capabilities.
