Role: Senior Java Developer
Experience: 9 - 13 years of strong experience.
Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in an On-site model from the Client's office in Raleigh - NC, Charlotte - NC, Atlanta - GA.
Must have skills
* Hands on experience in JAVA 11, 17, Spring boot, Microservices.
* At least 8 years of experience in a hands-on development role.
* Good ability to work in an Agile team across product, dev, QA and release teams.
* Good knowledge on AWS is an added advantage.
* Banking and Financial experience is an added advantage preferred.
Responsibilities
* Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & AWS experience.
* Actively contribute and participate in design and architecture discussions daily stand-ups and Agile Sprint planning sessions.
* Design and develop high-volume low-latency applications for critical systems delivering high-availability and performance.
* Write well designed testable efficient code and ensure that the designs align with specifications.
* Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle, standard processes, unit testing subject area, agile development and CI/CD strategies.
* Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time of the team members.
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT.
* Able to identify track and mitigate risks to the product/application.
* Excellent organization skills attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Promotes continuous process improvement especially in code quality test ability & reliability.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
