Job Tittle: L1 SAP Service Desk Analyst (ONSITE)
Work Location: Mesa, AZ
- Shifts - flexibility to work 24X7 rotational shiftsYour responsibilities will be to provide technical support and expertise on SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will be troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and supporting end-users in their day-to-day operations.
Our ideal candidate is Bilingual (English/Spanish), has a firm grasp of SAP applications, including FI and CO modules, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Has experience in Service desk, taking calls and handling users over voice, chat, email and self service tickets.
Ultimately, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems, contributing to our company's operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Provide support, tackle and assist users with SAP FICO modules
- Support over voice, email, chat and self service tickets
- Work with end-users to understand and solve their issues
- Work closely with other SAP team members and end-users to ensure system consistency and efficiency
- Enforce to Schedule, SLAs, Metrics and Industry standards
- Stay in sync with company processes and Quality Standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the SAP FICO modules
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual (proficient in English/Spanish language both written and verbal)
- Shown work experience as an SAP FICO Analyst or similar role
- Solid grasp of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Desired but not required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until February/26/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $37,804 to $74,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
