What are the responsibilities and job description for the SF Revenue cloud Program Manager position at Cognizant Technology Solutions?
The Sr. Program Manager / Engagement Manager must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to work cross-functionally with the various business units, enterprise-wide organizations and selected transformation / conversion vendors.
- Minimum 10 years or related project / program experience required in addition to proven extensive experience in business analysis, solutions design, data migration / mapping
- Demonstrated success involving management and leadership responsibilities for other Project / Program Managers
- Experience working in an IT environment with an emphasis on vendor relationships, billing systems and internal systems is highly desired
- Familiarity with multiple quote-to-cash platforms solutions and software packages, (e.g. quoting, order management, provisioning, billing, care, etc.) inclusive of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Billing Platform
- Possess a good understanding of software and application development, infrastructure, database and system design
- Possess a high level of self-initiative, drive and motivation, along with organizational skills, while being a team player with a high level of accountability and ownership
- Possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, on a large scale business transformation / conversion initiative with set deadlines
- Essential for success in this role is the ability to clearly identify, define and orchestrate resolution of critical path and long lead issues / items
- PMI certification desired, but not required
Benefits :

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
