Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mid-Level IT Support Specialist with a strong background in Apple Macbook support, JAMF administration, and basic networking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive IT support for Apple Macbook users, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage and administer JAMF Pro to deploy, configure, and maintain MacOS devices across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain and manage user accounts and permissions within various platforms.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
Document technical processes, incidents, and solutions in an organized manner.
Provide training and support for end-users as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and best practices relevant to the role.
Desired Qualifications :
Experience : 5-8 years of IT support experience, specifically with Apple Macbook environments.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in JAMF Pro administration, MacOS support, and fundamental networking concepts.
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar certifications are preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and within a team.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $[102,820 - 158,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock options, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
