Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Pega Platform and related technologies as well as domain experience in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage and optimize Pega systems effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Pega applications with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Provide expertise in Pega sizing and capacity planning to optimize system performance.
- Monitor and control Pega applications to ensure they meet performance and availability standards.
- Manage Pega release processes to ensure smooth deployment of updates and new features.
- Perform Pega performance tuning to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Oversee the installation of Pega software and ensure it is configured correctly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Cards and Payments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Pega projects.
- Conduct regular system audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Pega systems and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with Pega Platform including integration sizing and capacity planning.
- Must have strong expertise in Pega Monitoring and Control Release Management and Performance Tuning.
- Must have hands-on experience with Pega Installation and configuration.
- Must have domain experience in Cards and Payments.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until APR 15 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
