Adobe Workfront Business Solutions Manager

We are seeking a Business Process Consultant - Adobe Work Front with extensive experience in the Provider domain to join our team as a consultant. The ideal candidate will have between 9 to 15 years of experience demonstrating a proven track record of analyzing business processes identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and market position.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
• Oversee the implementation of Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline project management processes.
• Provide expertise in Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate various business applications.
• Develop and maintain business scorecards to track and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with business services teams to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of business solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Workfront Project Mgr Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront.
• Have experience in developing and maintaining business scorecards.
• Show proficiency in business services and understanding of business processes.
• Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model and manage day shift responsibilities.
