Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- We are seeking a dedicated AEM Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager AEM Cloud environments and a slid background in web development technologies.
- Design and Manage Content Fragment Models: Craft and maintain robust content models that serve as the backbone for dynamic and personalized user experiences.
- Develop Complex Persisted Queries - expertise in writing intricate queries that persist data efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Monitor System Performance with Splunk: Keep a vigilant eye on system logs and performance metrics using Splunk to ensure optimal performance.
- Workflow Management: Create and manage AEM workflows that streamline content management processes and enhance productivity.
- User Permissions and Rules Management: Ensure secure access to the AEM environment by meticulously managing user permissions and rules.\
- Develop using Java leveraging STGi/Felix frameworks and Sling Models for efficient script handling.
- Utilize HTL Sightly and Client Libraries for front-end development and integration.
- Implement and manage Editable Templates and JCR/CRX repositories.
- Build and Deployment Tools: Proficient in using Maven and Jenkins for building and deploying applications.
- Web Technologies and AEM Dispatcher: Implement solutions using the latest web technologies and manage AEM Dispatcher for caching and lad management.
- API Integration: Integrate various APIs seamlessly to enhance the functionality for web applications.
- Performance optimization: Continuously optimize application performance to ensure speed and efficiency.
- Development Patterns: Experience in both Headless and Headful development patterns with a strong emphasis on robust Java development.
- Proven experience in AEM Cloud environments and a strong background in Java and web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
