AEM Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. This role requires a deep understanding of AEM technologies and the ability to design and implement robust solutions.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components templates and workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the AEM development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM with other systems.
• Develop and enforce best practices for AEM development and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM.
• Optimize AEM performance and scalability to handle high traffic volumes.
• Ensure the security and compliance of AEM implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for AEM solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training on AEM technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

• Possess strong experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
• Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing AEM solutions.
• Have a deep understanding of AEM components templates and workflows.
• Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving AEM technical issues.
• Exhibit knowledge of optimizing AEM performance and scalability.
• Display familiarity with security and compliance best practices for AEM.
• Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Show ability to mentor and train junior team members.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Exhibit strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Hold a relevant certification in AEM technologies
