Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and SCADA systems to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Oversee the development and deployment of automation solutions within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
- Provide technical expertise and support for system troubleshooting and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on technical skills and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues and minimize downtime.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide innovative solutions that drive value.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in all project activities.
- Must have extensive experience with Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and SCADA systems.
- Should have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
