Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Campaign Standard Adobe Marketo Engage Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and managing multi-channel campaigns ensuring seamless execution and optimization.

Responsibilities

· Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns using Campaign Standard Adobe Marketo Engage Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops.

· Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring and optimization.

· Provide technical expertise in campaign management ensuring best practices and standards are followed.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective campaign solutions.

· Implement and maintain campaign workflows ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

· Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution.

· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

· Develop and maintain documentation for campaign processes and procedures.

· Provide training and support to team members on campaign tools and techniques.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in campaign management.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign strategies and processes.

Qualifications

· Must have extensive experience with Campaign Standard Adobe Marketo Engage Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops.

· Should have a strong understanding of multi-channel campaign management.

· Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Should have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

· Must be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

· Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Nice to have experience in the multi-channel domain.

· Must be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift.

· Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.

· Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Should have experience in developing and maintaining documentation.

· Must have a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Should have a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.

Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
