Chief Enterprise Architect - Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Architect who is responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology architectures. Also, will oversee the strategic alignment of technology initiatives with business goals ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Your expertise in G/Technology Architecture PPM Enterprise Architect and Portfolio & Project Management will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency across our devices and networks domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Developing and overseeing the long-term technology strategy to align with the company’s business goals and market trends. (D level )
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust microservices architecture using Springboot and Java Design Patterns.
• Ensure seamless integration of microservices with existing systems and third-party services.
• System Architecture: Designing and maintaining the overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation including design patterns, standards, and guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Innovation and R&D: Have a mindset to lead research and development efforts to explore new technologies and solutions that can provide a competitive edge.
• Customer Focus: Ensuring that all technology initiatives and solutions are designed to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the architecture and development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure best practices in coding and design.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 16 years in senior leadership role and managing complex solutioning experience, with broad technical experience.
• Extensive experience working with telco businesses on Next-Gen Technologies.
• Broad exposure in the areas of OSS / BSS areas including Billing, OM, CRM, Inventory, Provisioning, Activation and Assurance
• Good exposure to Java/microservices/Springboot
• Good exposure to DevOps techniques.
• Experience with designing event driven architecture and performance
• Experience with digital transformation engagements moving from Monolith to Legac
• Good understanding of OSS/BSS application vendors like Microsoft, Salesforce, Amdocs, Netcracker and others
• Experience building telco domain-based solution offerings in any of the areas above is desired
• Good communication / analysis / problem solving and client facing skills are mandatory
