Job title: Cloud Architect (On site)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Client OS Patching Administration Mobile Device Management Intune OS Imaging with MS MDT and Desktop Management with SCCM. Experience in the Airlines domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions tailored to the Airlines industry.

Oversee the administration and patching of Windows Client OS to ensure system security and stability.

Provide expert management of mobile devices using Mobile Device Management tools.

Implement and manage Device Management Intune for seamless device integration and management.

Utilize OS Imaging with MS MDT to deploy and maintain operating systems across the organization.

Manage and administer Desktop Management using SCCM to ensure efficient software distribution and updates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements.

Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and related processes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations specific to the Airlines domain.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve the infrastructure.

Contribute to the companies purpose by enhancing the efficiency and reliability of IT systems positively impacting the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience in Windows Client OS Patching Administration.

Should possess solid skills in Mobile Device Management.

Experience with Device Management Intune is required.

Proficiency in OS Imaging with MS MDT is essential.

Must have hands-on experience with Desktop Management using SCCM.

Prior experience in the Airlines domain is mandatory.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The base annual salary for this position is between $$73,350 to $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
