Operations Manager Video EngineeringWe are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our IT team, specializing in video engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of video engineering projects.Location – Denver, COKey Responsibilities : Operational Oversight : Manage day-to-day operations of the video engineering department, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of video engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Project Coordination : Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Quality Assurance : Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all video engineering outputs meet the highest standards.Budget Management : Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.Reporting : Provide regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience : 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the IT or video engineering sectors.Technical Skills : Familiarity with video engineering technologies and software.
