Primary Job Responsibilities
- Contributing to strategic advisory engagements providing clients with actionable insights and tailored solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to define business requirements create detailed user stories and prioritize product backlog.
- Conducting research and data analysis pertaining to current processes and providing recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and growth.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
- Interacting and working with senior customer leaders to build the practice and win consulting engagements.
- Generating proactive proposals to address client issues presenting to clients and collaborating with teams on proposal and presentation creation and positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in conducting cost-benefit analyses.
- Experience with project management and leading teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technologies. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements. Experience with software such as ERP and MES systems.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior consultants and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
