Job Tittle: Deskside Services Technician (ONSITE)

Work Location: Rahway – NJ

Job Summary:

• Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Break Fix and end user support activities as the need arises.
• Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).
• Complete special projects as requested by Customer.
• Provides technical training to more junior employees.
• Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.
• Where required provide support for the Manufacturing Shop Floor handhelds laptops and scanner devices.

Responsibilities

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until March/11/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $37,800 to $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
