The Role: Fulltime with Cognizant
- Role: Facets Product Consultant
- Location: Mason, OH (2 days onsite; 3 remote)
Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Facets Product Consultant (Hybrid) to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. This position is responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. Includes hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or improvement of existing applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify sophisticated business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations. Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering and analysis.
- Design and Development of C# .Net applications
- Design and development of Oracle functions and stored procedures.
- Independently analyze, tackle, and fix issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Assist developers with sophisticated Oracle PLSQL query tuning.
- Work closely with client team
Qualifications:
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years of Facets experience
- Strong C# .Net Experience
- Strong Oracle PLSQL Experience
- Knowledge of FET
- Strong membership business knowledge
- Knowledge of Facets data model
- Detailed knowledge of SDLC and standard processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Flexible, teammate, “get-it-done” personality
- Ability to build Multi-Threaded .Net applications.
- Ability to work in a multifaceted team
- Ability to generate design documents
- Capability to conform to customer preferences, coding standards, and more.
- Ability to coordinate and plan work independently
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch optimally between different activities and teams

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
