Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management Software Contract Obligation Management and Contract Authoring for both sales and purchases. Proficiency in iCertis and domain experience in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech are essential. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management solutions to streamline business processes.
• Oversee the management of contract obligations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Provide expertise in contract authoring for both sales and purchases to enhance contract accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize iCertis to manage and automate the entire contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to integrate contract management solutions with financial systems.
• Work closely with Hi-Tech domain experts to tailor contract management solutions to industry-specific needs.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to develop functional specifications.
• Ensure that contract management solutions align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of contract management tools.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of contract management solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of contract management solutions with other business systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in contract management and related technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of contract management processes.

• Must have extensive experience in Contract Lifecycle Management Software.
• Should possess strong expertise in Contract Obligation Management.
• Must be proficient in Contract Authoring for both sales and purchases.
• Should have hands-on experience with iCertis.
• Must have domain experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Should have domain experience in Hi-Tech.
• Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have a proven track record of successfully implementing contract management solutions.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $135,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
