We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with demonstrated ability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake SQL Python and Generative AI. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation within the team contributing to the companys goals and making a significant impact on sociey.
Responsibilities
- Able to provide Design & Architecture directions on GenAI (Prompt Engineering, Orchestration, LLMs tuning, etc..)
- Vast experience in implementing GenAI Solutions/use cases using ChatGPT or AWS Bedrock or Azure Open AI
- Good experience in designing Prompt templates, Vector DB for the various GenAI Use cases (text2sql, doc2text, API2text etc..)
- Technical Expertise in Python/Pyspark, Snowflake
- Manage & lead the team from onsite, assign work/activities & track progress
- Co-ordiante with Offshore leads/team and Track/monitor the progress/work of entire team
- Work with business team in understanding the use cases & requirements and come up with the design & solutions (GenAI)
- Should have good partner management expertise
- Should have good LS Domain skills (especially Commercial, Brand Commercial (Brand & marketing))
- Good in communication skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
Posting End date 02/03/2025
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
