Job Locations: Newport Beach -CA (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a system to extract underwriting rules from a Java-based application using Generative AI tools like Copilot, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into the existing Java-based underwriting system, leveraging NLP and AI/ML frameworks for rule extraction and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (PL Underwriters, developers, and analysts) to understand business requirements and validate the accuracy of extracted rules.
• Document the architecture and provide training to team members on Generative AI tools and implementation processes.
Requirements:
• Experience in AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
• Previous experience as an Gen AI architect or an Architect
Salary:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

The annual salary for the position is between $ 83,250– $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
