Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage large-scale Oracle Exadata and ERP programs, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Direct Oracle Exadata database migrations, ERP implementations, and cloud adoption initiatives while minimizing operational risks.
- Develop and execute program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DBAs, developers, IT architects) to streamline integrations and optimize database performance.
- Drive agile transformation by implementing methodologies, boosting efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
- Lead enterprise-wide automation projects, leveraging Ansible, Power Automate, and Oracle GoldenGate to improve operational efficiency.
- Spearhead database security and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Manage and mentor global teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
- Engage with executive stakeholders and leaders, providing strategic insights, risk assessments, and program performance updates.
- Optimize vendor and partner management, ensuring seamless integration of third-party solutions with enterprise infrastructure.

- The annual salary for this position is [$88,200 to $139,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
