Must Qualifications
- Must have strong technical skills in React Spring Batch JavaScript Spring Boot Java and Spring Framework.
- Experience in Investment Banking Operations is a plus.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must have a proactive and self-motivated demeanor.
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using React, Spring Batch, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java and Spring Framework.
- Supervise the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring standard processes and high-quality code.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define design and ship new features that align with business goals.
- Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications through thorough testing and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software architecture design patterns and standard methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Communicate effectively with partners to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process tools and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies standards and regulations in all development activities.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality software solutions that make a positive impact on society.
