The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled JAVA Developer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Core, REST Web Services, Core Java and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of sophisticated software solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Core.
• Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure flawless integration with existing systems.
• Provide technical expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL to optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their technical skills.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scalability and reliability of applications.

Qualifications

Must have 5 years of experience in Spring Core, REST, Web Service, Microservices, Spring BootPL/SQLCore Java.

Possess a solid grasp of Docker Container Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

Have hands-on experience with API Gateway Rest API and JSON Web Token.

Demonstrate expertise in Netflix Hystrix Eureka and Apache Log4J.

Show proficiency in Mockito Junit and automated testing frameworks.

Be skilled in Redis EHCache and performance optimization techniques.

Have experience with GITHUB Gradle and version control systems.

Team lead experience and Design experience is must.

Have experience with Maven and build automation tools.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Jenkins Docker Kubernetes Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core GIT Core Java Maven and PL/SQL. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions using Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes.
• Oversee the development and deployment of microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Spring Core.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality code and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting code reviews and performance tuning.
• Manage version control and continuous integration processes using GIT and Jenkins.

• Must be skilled in using Maven for build automation.
