Java Full Stack Technical Lead

Responsibilities
Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the architecture for Java Spring Boot, React Native applications, Microsite/Microfront ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.
Microservices Development: Lead the development of microservices using Spring Boot on Azure.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, including tuning the application, database, and cloud resources.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support during production incidents.
Qualifications
10 years of professional experience with tech stack: Java Spring Boot, microservices
Leading and mentoring development team
Project management experience
Java, Spring boot, micro-service
React Native Application
Microsite/Micro front
Azure Cloud working knowledge
Application performance monitoring and optimization
DevOps/Understanding of CI/CD pipeline
Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until March 31, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $102,000 to $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
