ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Work closely with the customer and product owner
o Taking accountability for estimating, planning, and managing all his/her own tasks and reporting on
progress daily
o Be part of a team - Collaborating closely with all the other members of the team to take shared
accountability for the overall efforts that the team has committed to.
o Taking accountability for the quality of the software you produce, as a team there is responsibility for
the quality of work produced as part of the team
o Instead of turning over some code to a separate and independent group for testing, the team takes
accountability for the quality of the work they produce
o Understand User Needs, interacting directly as needed
o Brainstorm with the team to define solutions that will meet the requirements
o Assist with production support including leading production deployments, reporting out post installation
o Work with other teams who consume our services
Minimum Qualifications:
- Be fully engaged in the Customer Scrum team to provide business value in a timely fashion, as one of the
- Create new integrations and extend existing integrations using Azure API, Azure functions and KingswaySoft
- Work with analysts and product owners to implement new customizations, plugins and workflows for Dynamics
- As part of an Agile team you will need to:
o Work closely with the customer and product owner
o Taking accountability for estimating, planning, and managing all his/her own tasks and reporting on
progress daily
o Be part of a team - Collaborating closely with all the other members of the team to take shared
accountability for the overall efforts that the team has committed to.

- Capable of handling duties independently.
- Design, code, test, and debug applications.
- Work with users and staff to resolve business problems.
- Support, maintain and administer deployed solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in MIS, computer science, business or equivalent technical degree (or equivalent work
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or strong work equivalent
- 4 years of experience in KingswaySoft / SSIS development
- 4 years of experience in Azure technologies like API, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory development
- 6 years of programming experience in .NET and SQL
- Experience using Version Control Tools (Azure DevOps)
- Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.
- Have a good understanding of Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Experience in implementing customizations for Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience developing CRM customizations including plugins, JavaScript, workflows
- The annual salary for this position is between $111K – $131K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
