Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. Full-stack development using .NET ReactJS NodeJS and Docker. Optional/Desired experience: SQL Server Kubernetes Java SOLR. Experience working with Open-Source systems is a plus.

Location : Washington - DC USA

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework.

· Full-stack development using .NET ReactJS NodeJS and Docker.

· Optional/Desired experience: SQL Server Kubernetes Java SOLR.

· Experience working with Open-Source systems is a plus.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.

· Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

· Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Implement best practices for software development including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes and testing.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team uses the most efficient tools and techniques.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team productivity.

· Ensure that all software solutions are secure and compliant with industry standards.

· Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and validation of software solutions.

· Provide support and maintenance for existing applications and systems.

Qualifications:

· Possess strong experience in SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework.

· Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

· Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

· Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions.

· Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

· Have experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage (nice to have).

· Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
