Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead Java Developer with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Our developers are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we’re doing wrong, so we can fix it, so we can improve on it. Location: Miami – FL, Tampa – FL, Irving, TX, Basking Ridge – NJ, Alpharetta – GA.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for understanding the low-level design and working on the development of medium to highly complex systems.
• System design and analysis as well as business skills.
• Works with data and project managers to understand systems and consults with subject matter experts to understand needs.
• Developments and implements new systems, corrects software errors in existing systems, and works to improve performance through hardware upgrades.
• Manages computer systems in a business environment and responsible for resolving technical issues. Knowledgeable in programming, data structures, computer systems, and software engineering.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills.
