Job Location : Cost Mesa, CA (Hybrid)
Job Description :
- Plan inception / requirements workshop schedule, prioritize requirements for sprints, demonstrate OOTB product, identify gaps and provide OOTB solutions.
- Conduct Requirements workshops by directly working with business SME’s in capturing requirements.
- Create user-stories, use cases, functional requirements, wireframes, system flow diagrams, and other documentation for Guidewire configurations and Integrations requirements.
- Review and analyze how changes to the business process and / or business needs will impact technical requirements throughout the GW applications and other downstream integrations.
- Clarify requirements prior to delivery of user-stories to the Development team.
- Be the liaison between functional leads, development teams and support teams.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions during UAT phase.
- Support production releases Perform smoke testing
- Work with the QA team to ensure test cases are current, accurate, and cover alternative paths for existing and new system functionality.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $88,6900– $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
