Required Qualifications

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 - $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Mainframe Tester (QA/BA)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- BA/QA background in mainframe based applications
- Mainframe Testing automation framework experience
- 5 years mainframe COBOL experience for Code coverage.
- Database, test data integration into the automation framework – RDBMS, mainframe
- JCL and other mainframe utilities
- Understanding of scheduler, mainframe batch and online
- Familiarity with Insurance data and schema – Life , Annuities , RS, Customer facing interface
- Mainframe file compare testing experience and building scenario coverage
- Mainframe Testing automation framework experience
- Experience with Legacy Product and data migration projects in mainframe, any mainframe based experience with MetLife client will be preferred.
