Role: .Net Full Stack Lead Developer
Experience: 10 years of strong experience
Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in a Hybrid model from the Client’s office in Charlotte, NC.
Must Have Skills:
• Overall Software Development experience of 10 years.
• Experience in design and development of web applications using Angular 10 .
• Developing and integrating APIs using .NET Core.
• Overseeing projects from their initial conception through to the final product, while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Continue to the growth of the team and continuous learning.
• Must have skills:
• Angular.
• .NET Core Web API.
• Microservices.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of robust and scalable software solutions using ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure the quality of code through code reviews unit testing and continuous integration practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to the development process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to meet the demands of a growing user base.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
