We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum CX-Scrum Master and Agile methodologies. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. This position does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of system architectures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and processes.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products on time.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of software solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Should have a proven track record as a CX-Scrum Master.
