Role: Oracle EBS SCM Functional Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Functional Architect with 16 to 20 years of expertise in EBS-Order Management EBS-Inventory Management and EBS-Warehouse Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing and IT business support. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough requirement analysis with stakeholders to identify and document functional requirements for supply chain processes across procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, order fulfillment, and planning modules within Oracle SCM.
• Identifying any gaps between existing business processes and the functionalities offered by Oracle SCM, proposing solutions to bridge these gaps through configuration or customization.
• Actively participating in the implementation process, including testing, training end users, and resolving functional issues during system rollout.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of EBS-Order Management EBS-Inventory Management and EBS-Warehouse Management.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in Industrial Manufacturing and IT business support.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
• Show proficiency in developing functional specifications and documentation.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have a proven track record of leading successful IT projects from inception to completion.
• Be adept at mentoring and training team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system inefficiencies.
• Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Should have at least 10 years of extensive experience in Oracle SCM. Should have thorough knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and planning processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle database concepts, data mapping, and integration tools.
• Effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and project managers.

Salary and Other Compensation:

· The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

· This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
