Oracle EBS Test Lead - Finance & SCM
Location: Stillwater – MN – Open for remote working

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for Oracle SCM, ensuring all functionalities are thoroughly tested and meet the required standards.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle Cloud ERP SCM, Supply Chain and Finance.
Provide expertise in Excel Macros to automate and streamline testing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
Ensure all test activities are documented and comply with industry standards and best practices.
Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct performance testing to ensure system stability and reliability under various conditions.
Utilize domain knowledge in food services to enhance testing processes and ensure industry-specific requirements are met.
Mentor and guide junior testers, providing training and support as needed.
Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on testing progress and challenges.
Ensure all testing activities align with the company’s overall goals and objectives, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing technologies and methodologies.
Certifications:
Certified PeopleSoft SCM Professional, Oracle Cloud ERP Certification, Advanced Excel Certification
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 02/25/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $[110,000 – $130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
