Performance Test Lead with Neoload Exp. (Remote)
Location: Saint Louis – MO – Position is open for Remote working
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
6 years of experience in Performance testing
Should be an individual contributor, lead and own responsibility and able to handle project E2E.
Should be good in NeoLoad (Scripting & execution), Dynatrace monitoring and root cause analysis. Preferably Web & Citrix Protocol
Experience in Citrix Performance testing
Experience/Knowledge in Chaos Engineering concepts & methodology is must
Knowledge in Healthcare Domain and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology
Load Testing Methodology in AWS.
Roles And Responsibilities
Working with project customers & Business analysts to ensure effective planning and requirements definition during initial phase of performance testing
Perform detailed analysis of non-functional requirements gathered and build performance engineering strategy and benchmarking plan based on current and future workloads.
Should be an individual contributor, own responsibility and able to handle project E2E.
Should be good in NeoLoad and Dynatrace monitoring and root cause analysis. LR/JMeter and other APM tools experience can be considered.
Should be able to handle Initiatives, Proposals, implementing new/existing solutions.
Experience in Citrix Performance testing is added advantage
Knowledge in Chaos Engineering concepts & methodology is preferrable.
Knowledge in Healthcare Domain and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology
Load Testing experience in Cloud environment preferably in AWS
Experience in performing Load test in Production environment is preferrable.
Salary And Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until 02/21/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between [$64,734– $102,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
