We are seeking an expert Architect with 8 to 12 years of expertise in MS Power BI and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Power BI Admin Report Server Service Data Modelling Mash Up Language DAX Azure Analysis Services MS Excel Database and SQL. Experience in COTS Products Commercial Lending and Cards & Payments is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Power BI solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the administration and maintenance of Power BI Report Server and Power BI Service.
Provide expertise in data modeling and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and optimize DAX queries for complex data analysis.
Utilize Mash Up Language to transform and prepare data for reporting.
Implement and manage Azure Analysis Services for scalable data solutions.
Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure the security and compliance of data within Power BI environments.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards.
Train and mentor team members on Power BI standard methodologies and techniques.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
Support the integration of Power BI with other data sources and systems.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in MS Power BI Admin Power BI Report Server and Power BI Service.
Must have expertise in Data Modelling Mash Up Language and DAX in Power BI.
Must have experience with Azure Analysis Services and MS Excel.
Must have proficiency in Database management and SQL.
Nice to have experience with COTS Products in BFS Cards & Payments.
Nice to have experience in Commercial Lending and Cards & Payments.
Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Must be able to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
