Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in DAX - Power BI SQL Server Reporting Services Database and SQL Power BI Testing Power BI Service MS Power BI. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will work in a emote model with day shifts. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities

The annual salary for this position is between $81,848– $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Design and develop advanced data models using Power BI to support business decision-making processes.
- Oversee the implementation of SQL Server Reporting Services to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide expertise in Power BI Testing to ensure the reliability and performance of BI solutions.
- Manage Power BI Service to ensure seamless integration and data flow across various platforms.
- Utilize DAX
- Power BI to create complex calculations and measures for enhanced data analysis.
- Lead the development and maintenance of MS Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure database and SQL optimization for efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of BI solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of BI tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure continuous availability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies to drive innovation.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering data-driven insights that impact decision-making and societal outcomes.
- Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in SQL Server Reporting Services Power BI Testing Power BI Service DAX
- Power BI MS Power BI Database and SQL.
- Must have domain expertise in Payer.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Nice to have experience in other BI tools and technologies.
- Nice to have experience in project management and agile methodologies.
- Nice to have certifications in relevant BI technologies.
