QA Automation Engineer with Playwright & JMeter Exp.
Location: Richardson – TX (open for additional locations)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
7 to 9 years of experience in leading the testing efforts for software quality assurance.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright and Cucumber BDD).
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
Experience in TypeScript or Java Script
Experience with SQL and database testing, CI/CD integration.
Experience with performance testing tools (JMETER experience).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS).
Experience with micro-services architecture.
Experience with B2C authentication.
Experience with MicroStrategy.
Experience with dashboarding and reporting applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform Automation, Performance, Functional and regression testing
Perform API testing with latest automation tools.
Automate manual scripts and integrate them via CI/CD.
Participate in Requirement session, technical design reviews.
Host business walkthroughs to review test artifacts and offshore coordination
Continuous automation improvement and integration
Work Authorization
