Qualifications
12 yrs of Experience in :
- Telecom domain.
- Java, Selenium,
- API testing
Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, leveraging expertise in Java, Selenium, and Advanced Java.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and collaborators.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting collaboration and innovation.
