Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong focus on Health Cloud and OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Health Cloud data model and proven experience in delivering end-to-end solutions utilizing the power of OmniStudio.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Develop end-to-end solutions based on gathered requirements, current process understanding, and logical assumptions. Present and defend proposed solutions effectively. Adapt solutions flexibly based on new input or team concerns.
• Technical Leadership & Guidance: Work collaboratively with project leadership and developers to define and support the implementation of the technical roadmap.Provide on-the-fly technical support for all aspects of Salesforce implementation and maintenance.
• OmniStudio Expertise: Provide OmniStudio-based solutions, demonstrating familiarity with its capabilities.Determine appropriate use cases for FlexCards vs. OmniScripts.Configure Integration Procedures effectively.Identify when and where DataMappers are necessary.
• Integration Architecture: Understand and provide solutions for integration architecture.Implement appropriate integration patterns.Design and implement effective integration error handling mechanisms.
• Decision Making & Problem Solving: Make timely and decisive calls within potentially stressful situations, setting direction for discussions, teams, or projects. Proactively adapt decisions based on evolving information and circumstances

• OmniStudio Familiarity
• End-to-End Solution Development Skills
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness and ability to adjust solutions based on new information or feedback.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until May 10, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,600 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
