Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with expertise in SAP ABAP Developer, including SAP EWM Integration, SAP-MES Interface, SAP ABAP Workflow, ABAP OOPS, ABAP Web Services, BRF - Business Rules Framework, SAP WebDynpro for Java WebDynpro for ABAP and Core ABAP.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP EWM Integration solutions to optimize warehouse management processes.
- Coordinate the integration of SAP-MES Interface to ensure seamless communication between manufacturing execution systems and SAP.
- Guide in SAP ABAP Workflow to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain ABAP OOPS applications to support various business functions.
- Implement and manage Abap Web Services to enable smooth data exchange between SAP and external systems.
- Apply BRF
- Business Rules Framework to define and manage business rules within SAP applications.
- Develop SAP WebDynpro for Java applications to create user-friendly interfaces for SAP users.
- Create and maintain WebDynpro for ABAP applications to enhance the user experience within SAP.
- Ensure the robustness and reliability of Core ABAP developments to support critical business operations.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment in best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve the solutions provided.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of SAP ABAP Development
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in SAP EWM Integration SAP-MES Interface SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS Abap Web Services BRF
- Business Rules Framework SAP WebDynpro for Java WebDynpro for ABAP and Core ABAP.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to fix complex issues.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Experience in Computational Biology is a nice to have and will be considered a plus.

SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP ABAP Certification SAP EWM Certification
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 – $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
