Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ABAP AMDP SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services BRF and Core ABAP. Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions using ABAP AMDP SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services BRF and Core ABAP.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of SAP applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Implement enhancements and optimizations to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all technical solutions.
• Document technical designs processes and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
• Mentor and train junior developers to build a strong and capable technical team.
• Contribute to the company’s goals by delivering high-quality technical solutions that enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in ABAP AMDP SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services BRF and Core ABAP.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans to ensure solution quality.
• Display keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers to foster team growth.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all technical solutions.
• Strong documentation skills for technical designs and processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between 112,500 – 152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
