Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP SD OTC Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Functional Lead with expertise in various SAP functionalities and will contribute to optimizing our order-to-cash processes. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP OTC-Basic Information sys to ensure efficient order-to-cash processes.
• Oversee the integration of SAP Adv Logistics Execution to enhance logistics operations.
• Provide expertise in SAP Advance Order to Cash to streamline order management.
• Manage SAP Serial Number Management to ensure accurate tracking of serialized products.
• Implement SAP Contracts & Agreements to maintain and manage customer contracts effectively.
• Utilize SAP Material Hierarchy to organize and manage product data.
• Optimize pricing strategies using SAP Advance Pricing.
• Enhance order management processes with SAP Advance Order Management.
• Configure SAP SD Variant Configuration to handle complex product configurations.
• Map EDI / IDOC for OTC processes to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Support basic logistics operations with SAP Basic Logistics Execution.
• Allocate products efficiently using SAP Product Allocation.
• Manage batch processes with SAP MM Batch Management.
• Oversee billing and revenue processes using SAP Billing and Revenue.
• Integrate SAP SD with COPA to ensure accurate profitability analysis.
• Implement SAP SD solutions for Brazil & LATAM to comply with regional requirements.
• Standardize order-to-cash processes using SAP Standard Order to Cash.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align SAP solutions with business goals.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP modules.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and provide flexible solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP developments to leverage new features and functionalities.

• 14 years of SAP SD functional and configuration experience
• Must have experience in SAP OTC-Basic Information sys SAP Adv Logistics Execution SAP Advance Order to Cash SAP Serial Number Management SAP Contracts & Agreements SAP Material Hierarchy SAP Advance Pricing SAP Advance Order Management SAP SD Variant Configuration SAP EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC SAP Basic Logistics Execution SAP Product Allocation SAP MM Batch Management SAP Billing and Revenue SAP SD
• COPA integration SAP SD

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
