Senior eCommerce Solutions Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce Solutions Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, BigCommerce Architecture, and Node.js, along with domain experience in eCommerce. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities :

· Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Java, BigCommerce Architecture, and Node.js

· Oversee the implementation of technical solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to enhance their skills and productivity

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project needs

· Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance activities

· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization

· Identify and address potential risks and issues in the architecture and propose effective solutions

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects

· Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards

· Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

· Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

· Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all architectural designs.

Qualifications:

· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically

· Show strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams

· Have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

· Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

· Hold a relevant certification in Java or BigCommerce Architecture to validate technical proficiency

The annual salary for this position is between $81K – $141K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
