Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward.

Location: Charlotte - NC USA

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Angular JS.

· Design and implement scalable and reliable applications on AWS.

· Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

· Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

· Maintain code quality organization and automation.

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

· Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.

· Document software designs and code for future reference and maintenance.

Qualifications

· Possess a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.

· Have extensive experience with Java Spring Boot and Angular JS.

· Demonstrate proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.

· Show expertise in JavaScript and front-end development.

· Have hands-on experience with MySQL database management.

· Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.

· Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

· Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

· Be able to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.

· Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

· Have a strong understanding of software development best practices.
