Role: Senior Java Developer
Experience: 6 to 10 years of solid experience.
Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in an On-site model from the Client’s office in Farmington Hills - MI and/or Southfield - MI.

Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration and communication between systems.
• Provide technical expertise in Core Java to develop robust and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive the adoption of standard processes in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of applications in a hybrid work model, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies, aligning with the company’s long-term goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into projects
• Communicate effectively with partners, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
