Responsibilities :
Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration and communication between systems.Provide technical expertise in Core Java to develop robust and scalable solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.Manage the deployment and maintenance of applications in a hybrid work model, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies, aligning with the company’s long-term goals.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into projects.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.Must have Skills & Qualifications :

The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
