Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to code and implement SOAP/RESTful web services and Spring Boot microservices for application APIs.
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying applications from scratch using Angular or React.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to establish API configurations and implement solutions effectively.
- Skilled in preparing and sharing status reports on project progress with leadership teams.
- Experience in collaborating with offshore teams to understand applications and determine key business metrics for dashboard implementation.
- Strong experience in writing and fine-tuning database queries.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent listening abilities.
- A proactive attitude and a strong passion for technology, with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Confident, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on development experience with Java 11, FSE (Java Angular), Spring Boot, REST & SOAP Web Services, Angular 12, MS SQL Server, and AWS Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to code and implement SOAP/RESTful web services and Spring Boot microservices for application APIs.
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying applications from scratch using Angular or React.
- Hands-on experience in developing dashboard applications that consume API services from multiple data sources.
- Strong experience in writing and fine-tuning database queries.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent listening abilities.
- A proactive attitude and a strong passion for technology, with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Confident, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
