Role: Senior JAVA Technical Lead Developer
Experience: Minimum of 8 – 12 years of experience is mandatorily required
Location: We are ideally looking for candidates willing to work in a hybrid model from the client location in Omaha NE or Alpharetta GA. Remote work is not an option.
Hybrid Model – Day 1 Onsite
Hybrid Model – 3 days at Client’s Office & 2 days Remote, each week
Required Skills
JAVA, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, SQL/PLSQL, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, CSS, HTML, Javascript, Junit, JQuery, Gitlab, good understanding of app vulnerabilities and their resolution. Good to have React / Angular
Roles & Responsibilities
The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to coding standards, and adoption of best practices in Java development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with project managers to define technical scope, estimate timelines.
