Role: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Troy, MI

Responsibilities:
Manage IT teams: Hire, train, mentor, and manage the performance of IT support teams
Manage IT services: Ensure IT services meet quality standards and service level agreements
Manage IT budgets: Manage IT resources and budgets, and ensure optimal allocation
Manage IT risks: Identify, mitigate, and resolve IT risks and issues
Manage IT policies: Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage client relationships: Work with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Manage projects: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects
Manage stakeholder relationships: Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams
Monitor project progress: Monitor project progress and prepare status updates
Manage resources: Manage resources across different locations
Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
